Life moves fast, and making time for yourself isn’t always easy. Self-care shouldn’t feel like another chore. Since 2009 we’ve kept our policies to what actually protects your appointment, our team, and the guests waiting for a spot.
Give us as much notice as you can and there’s never a fee. After that, the time can’t be refilled, so the tiers below apply to every guest, no exceptions.
Reschedule or cancel freely. Online is fastest; a text works too.
Any cancellation or reschedule made the day before, at any hour, is half the value of the reserved service(s).
Our providers can’t make exceptions here. We hope you understand when you book.
Prepaid packages and gift certificates don’t cover cancellation fees. Those are charged separately to the card on file.
Please be prepared to reserve your appointment with a valid credit or debit card.

We hold you to your appointment because we hold ourselves to the same standard. Life happens on our side of the table too. If Phiz Spa cancels your appointment the day of, we don’t just reschedule you: the rebooked service is free. If we cancel the day before, your rebooked service is half off.
This doesn’t apply when the closure is outside our control, like a power outage or a public health order. In that case your appointment is simply moved with no fee.

Treat them like cash. Phiz Spa is not responsible if they’re lost or stolen
Because skincare products can’t be resold once they leave the spa, all product sales are final.
We’re clear about ingredients. Ask us about anything on the label before you buy.
