Life moves fast, and carving out time for yourself isn’t always easy. That’s why Phiz Spa keeps things simple—because your self-care shouldn’t feel like another chore. We have just two easy guidelines:
- Honor your scheduled appointment.
- Use your gift certificate within one year.
Since opening our doors in 2004, we’ve seen just about everything. These policies help ensure a smooth, respectful experience for you, our dedicated team, and our loyal guests.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
- Gift Certificates expire a year from purchase. They are valid for Phiz Spa products and/or services only and not redeemable for cash.
- Gift certificates and pre-paid packages do not cover the cost of late cancellations or no-shows. Please be prepared to reserve your appointment with a credit card.
- Remember to treat Gift Certificates like cash. Phiz Spa is not responsible if lost or stolen.
Cancellation Fees
- As usual it is encouraged that you give us as much notice as possible when having to change or cancel your services.
- Day before cancellations are a fee of 50% of your service(s).
- Day-of or NO SHOWs are a charge IN FULL. Service providers everywhere are no longer in a position to make exceptions to these policies and hope you’re able to understand that when booking.
